My Yuletide Letter

rosehipteaDear Yultide Writer: Thank you so much for writing for me in one of my tiny fandoms. I know I will enjoy what you write.
I'd like to emphasize that I write a letter become some people really like having a jumping-off point, not because I want a fic tailored to my exact specifications. I actually like that optional details are optional, and I want to read the fic you want to write, even if you don't relate to any of my suggestions.
Things I like in general: I love female characters and f/f, though that's probably obvious from my requests. I like fluff, angst, and things in between. I like kissing, cuddling, and hurt/comfort (physical or otherwise.) I like people dressed up in fancy clothes. I like people quoting literature or poetry. I like diaries, telephone conversations, and internet conversations. I like unrequited love turning out to be requited. I like people in relationships dealing with their differences.
I like all forms and styles of writing - don't worry about writing in the first person or the present tense or anything else of that nature, it's all good.
My Do Not Wants were in the sign-up but I'll repeat them here just in case: I do not want rape, dubious consent, sex involving children, cannibalism, kink involving body fluids, hard BDSM, extended scenes of hunting or butchering meat, fart jokes (specifically, jokes in general are fine), coffee shop AUs, incest, pregnancy with complications, mpreg, extended scenes of breastfeeding. (Not that there is anything wrong with breastfeeding!) I would also rather not have polyamorous relationships, not that there is anything wrong with them either.
Demi-chan wa Kataritai | Interviews with Monster Girls: Satou Sakie, Takahashi Tetsuo
It's canon that she likes him and he seems to like her back, and since they're both adults I'd love to see them do something about it! Smut is welcome, including mild kink, since she seems to have kinky fantasies about him in canon. How does her being a succubus affect their relationship, physically or otherwise? Would they ever get married or have children? If you'd rather write a gen fic that's great too - they work very well as friends too and I love that he is so supportive of her living as normal a life as possible. Please no teacher/student romance (canon one-sided crushes don't count) or AUs without demis.
My Days of Mercy: Lucy Morrow, Mercy Bromage
I loved this film, with its very human characters, and I love that it ended on a hopeful note. I'm curious what happens to them in the future - can they work out their differences? Do they stay together? Does Mercy's family ever accept their relationship? I'm not sure I can picture them getting married or having kids but if you think they would, you're definitely welcome to write me that. How does Lucy process what happened with her father and how does she deal with his death? Do they ever talk about Lucy's father or does he become the elephant in the room? Do they ever still argue about the death penalty or other issues? Is their relationship combatible with Mercy's ambitions? And what are Lucy's ambitions?
Kase-san and Morning Glories: Yamada Yui, Kase Tomoka
This manga is so adorable, and I love that it shows a real relationship. A fic about their life together, showing how they live as a lesbian couple, would be great. What do they do in the future? How are their careers? Do they ever get married? (I realize gay marriage is not currently legal in Japan.) Under current Japanese law as far as I can tell children would be out of the question, but how do they feel about that, since people in other countries can do it? A fic set in the time the manga has covered is also very welcome. Their meeting was cute and I like that their relationship is not 100% perfect, since real life never is. I would rather you do not permanently break them up in the fic, but I'm absolutely not demanding fluff.
Rita: Rita Madsen, Lea
Rita is such a fun show and the characters are so believably human. Rita is one tough woman, and does not support fools gladly, but she also can be very loving and giving. I was really intrigued by Rita and Lea. I have to admit that I ship it, especially based on the kissing scenes. Something set back in their teen years where they realize they could be "more than friends" would be interesting, or something where they meet again as adults and things go that way. An AU where they are both unattached is fine. Since this is fiction, adultery and/or breaking up Lea's marriage is also fine, even though canon seemed to indicate they were staying together. I don't mean to sound cold-hearted but after her husband threw himself at Rita I just couldn't believe they had a good relationship. A gen fic would be great too - maybe something about the hijinks they got into as teens. Presence of Hjørdis and Uffe is of course totally optional but if you do include them I'd rather you don't break them up permanently. (If the fic is not written in English, I humbly request that an English translation be available also, as I do not speak any Scandinavian languages.)
